The Democrats Winning Strategy......have a politician with a 31% approval rating head their party. The NY Post reveals..
Howard Dean — who'll be the nation's new top Democrat as party chairman — has a negative personal image with 38 percent of Americans while just 31 percent give him a thumbs-up.
Nevertheless, the liberal blogosphere is happy... It's nice to know that bloggers on the Left and on the Right can support Howard Dean for DNC Chairman.

They must not have polled conservatives. There Dean's approval rating (to head the DNC) would be at least 90 percent.
