This news story has one major thing wrong with it:
AMSTERDAM - Paul Hiltemann had already noticed a darkening mood in the Netherlands. He runs an agency for people wanting to emigrate and his client list had surged....This small nation is a magnet for immigrants, but statistics suggest there is a quickening flight of the white middle class. Dutch people pulling up roots said they felt a general pessimism about their small and crowded country and about the social tensions that had grown along with the waves of newcomers, most of them Muslims."The Dutch are living in a kind of pressure cooker atmosphere," Mr. Hiltemann said.
What is wrong here is that it indicates a great deal of cowardice - these Dutch who are leaving (40,000 is the estimate for 2004; equivalent to about 750,000 Americans) are surrendering their nation to an alien invader. I guess the Dutch have sat too long behind the protection of the Great Powers.
This is the final result of enforced political correctness - no nation is more politically correct than the Netherlands, nor is any nation more morally bankrupt. Cradle to grave welfare, legalised drugs and prostitution, euthanasia and State-sponsored ridicule of tradtitional moral values have left the Dutch naked to the aggressions of those who at least believe in something. Take the lesson of the Dutch as a cautionary tale - and don't let that sort of thing happen here in the United States
In a recent column in the Chicago Sun-Times, Mark Steyn describes where all of Europe is headed:
Europe's problems -- its unaffordable social programs, its deathbed demographics, its dependence on immigration numbers that no stable nation (not even America in the Ellis Island era) has ever successfully absorbed -- are all of Europe's making. By some projections, the EU's population will be 40 percent Muslim by 2025. Already, more people each week attend Friday prayers at British mosques than Sunday service at Christian churches -- and in a country where Anglican bishops have permanent seats in the national legislature.
US CIA analysts give the "new" EU 15 years before it collapses. What will take its place remains to be seen, but with the massive influx of Muslims, it does not look good for the Europeans.

The EU won't collapse, as their currency is in much better shape.

Scar, the scary thing is that these are the people and political systems that the Libs in this country want us to emulate. It sounds like if we can keep the Donks out of power for 15 more years, their rhetoric may just reach critical mass and burn out.
