Interview With Pantano AttorneyThis morning I was able to interview Charles Gittins, who is the civilian attorney for 2 Lt. Ilario Pantano, the Marine officer accused of murder in the deaths of two Iraqis.
This interview comes in the wake of Pantano's decision to waive his right to an Article 32 hearing, opting instead to move straight to the trial phase.
The next step for Pantano is arraignment, which could happen in the next week or two.
