Call Me a "Houthi"

Dean Esmay brings to our attention the fact that blogger Jane Novak of Armies of Liberation has been called "a docil pupil of a monkey monk" as well as a "Houthi" (Houthi being the name of a man apparantly in opposition to the Yemeni regime)by the Yemen Times. Yemen being a very backwards and barbaric outpost of Islamist nonsense. Ms. Novak's offense was to say in this article that the Yemeni government is hip-deep in al-Queda activities.

What I'd like to say is that I'm very jealous; I've been called lots of things by Islamists here and there 'round the web for the past few years, but I never had a State-run paper run a hit piece on me. All in all, if exposing Islamists makes one a "Houthi", then that is what I'd like to be...

Hey Houthi man, thanks very much. If there's one thing the Yemeni govt wasn't counting on, its the bloggers spreading the story even further. cool.
