Victory For Fraud In Washington State

Today a judge upheld Washington's 2004 gubernatorial election "rejecting Republicans' bid to nullify the 129-vote victory of Democratic Gov. Christine Gregoire."

Despite plenty of evidence to the contrary, "Chelan County Superior Court Judge John Bridges denied Republican claims that election errors, illegal voters and fraud stole the election from GOP candidate Dino Rossi."

Keep an eye on Sound Politics, I am sure they'll have more information about the ruling.

This is a sad day for our democracy.

UPDATE: Michelle Malkin live-blogged the ruling... Euphoric Reality says it's proof 'that the "black robes' are out of control." Over at Blogs For Bush I note the contradiction between this ruling and how the Democrats view the election in Ohio... PunditGuy says, "so, we're stuck with her." PoliPundit, "the Ghosts of Tammany Hall have won this battle." Captain's Quarters says, "Quite frankly, I don't see how the judge could have ruled otherwise on the basis of the irregularities mentioned in the article. We know felons voted in the election, but we have no way to tell how they voted." Radio Equalizer live blogged...

We'll just have to make 'em pay at the ballot box in 2006 and 2008...

It continues to be a bad day, when state's rights loses again in the High Court. I'm not a cannabis advocate, but those 11 states who voted it legal have had their right to decide taken away!

I hope Rossi runs for Senate now.

Agree with VikingSpirit, and I blogged the same thought at rightinraleigh.blogspot.com. Rossi will run against Cantwell, and the combination of her lack of funds (her stock portfolio must be looking pretty lousy) and the voter's digust with the Dem. vote shenanigans, may give the Republicans the seat. Hey, if the R's can pick up the WA seat, plus 3 red state vulnerable seats, plus knock off Byrd and have Steele win in MD, then they have 60!

I also blogged on the subject at my site-http://vikingspirit.blogspot.com
