Reclaim the September 11 MemorialWe noted earlier the travesty of the September 11 memorial in New York, and so have Powerline and Little Green Footballs. The last line of the column is this:

Tom A. Bernstein (Chairman) - President of Chelsea Piers, President of the Board of Human Rights FirstTom Bernstein is an avowed liberal; I suggest calls to Daniel Tishman (212-399-3600). The International Freedom Center was selected by the Lower Manhattan Development Corp. to be at the 9/11 memorial, and the chairman of the LMDC is John Whitehead (212-962-2300). The LMDC board was appointed by New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg (311 in NYC or 212-NEW-YORK outside NYC) and New York Governor George Pataki (518-474-8390). It is a terrible disgrace. My father died a hero on 9/11 at the age of 79. He was a hero of Iwo Jima as well. He rushed into the buildings to rescue people and never came out. I've posted about this on Little Green Footballs. His name is not on any of the 9/11 lists. Please email me to help me get him the hero status he deserves. Thank you.

This is just a disgusting disgrace! That memorial is for those innocents and heros who lost their lives on 9/11. It is not meant to be an homage to the lunatics who are trying to destroy this country. It's like these freaks are trying to tear this country down to finish Al Qaeda's work. Damn them to hell.

What has happened to national pride? I've said it before, there should be an investigation into the background of George Soros. When he lived in Communist Hungary where did he stand especially during the freedom revolts of 1956? How did he make his living in those days? Was he a Commie sympathizer? He managed to limit free speech by his support for Campaign Finance Reform. His free speech should be limited and the desacration of Ground Zero should not be permitted.

What else SHOULD we expect from the democrats? Most of them still either: 1. don't believe 9-11 really ever happened or 2. believe all that crap about 9-11 being an inside job. To prove my point, some anti-American liberals in my office were standing beside me when the towers fell and I made the comment "We need to hunt these people down and kill them" ...to which their reply was "wuh, yeah". But when the bombs began to rain from the sky they were bitching "It's those stupid Republicans who want to go around blowing everything up".
