Dick Morris seems to think she can.
While Hillary would have no problem dispatching an opponent like Nixon son-in-law Edward Cox or Yonkers Mayor John Spencer (the two other possible GOP contenders), Pirro presents a real problem.Jeanine Pirro is pro-choice, pro-gun control, pro-affirmative action, pro-gay-civil unions and pro-immigration. And, of course, she's a woman.
In a sense, Hillary will have to end up running against someone who is quite like herself in her public positions: Except, of course, Pirro is a good old-fashioned anti-tax, anti-crime, tough-on-terror Republican from the suburbs.
Can Pirro win? Perhaps it's too early to tell, but if she can give Hillary a good fight and force her to spend money she'd otherwise save for her inevitable presidential run, than all the better.
Morris says:
Jeanine Pirro is pro-choice, pro-gun control, pro-affirmative action, pro-gay-civil unions and pro-immigration.
So she supports abortion, she's against allowing the 2nd amendment, she's for the reverse-discrimination practices of affirmative action, supports homosexual unions, and wants lots of foreigners to come into America. Someone please tell me how she qualifies as a conservative or even a Republican. To me, she's only slightly to the right of the Hildebeast. Not my idea of a good candidate. Too bad we can't get someone to go after Madam Clinton who actually supports the conservative perspective. They might actually have a chance to win against the ultra-lib Hillary. Pirro doesn't stand a chance.

So our choices are Hillary Clinton or a RINO Republican. I guess I would have to hold my nose and vot for the RINO. Ugh!
