Germans Can't Agree on Need for Reform

If Germany were to undergo an economic renaissance of the likes Margaret Thatcher led in Britain, it would become an economic dynamo. But, while the economy is mired in the doldrums of high unemployment and slow growth due to its socialist policies, the populace was still unable to muster the courage to call resoundly for change. Unfortunately, Germany appears destined to wallow in its misery for a while longer. For the sake of Germans and for the global economy, the sooner they liberalize their economy, the better.
