Despite the conventional wisdom that "global warming" exists, there is no scientific proof of it. There is no conclusive evidence that climate variations we are seeing now deviate from historical patterns (not over decades, but over centuries and millennia), much less any evidence that human activity is causing any changes. Nevertheless, economically hazardous initiatives, like the Kyoto treaty, are continually proposed, even by Republicans, to stop this phantom menace.
So how to explain this?
for three Mars summers in a row, deposits of frozen carbon dioxide near Mars' south pole have shrunk from the previous year's size, suggesting a climate change in progress.It must be because Martians have not ratified the Kyoto treaty.
