Is This Another Ronnie Earle Fundraiser?

Tom DeLay's indictment was brought by the District Attorney of Travis County Ronnie Earle. Recall that he unsuccessfully went after Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, but was forced to drop his case. But that hasn't stopped Earle from raising money by pursuing Republicans. Time will tell if there is a real case here, or if it is just another case of Earle overreaching so he can perform at fundraisers.
