MSM Fumbles in Iraq, Bloggers Pick Up the BallThe MSM's Iraq correspondents hang out in Baghdad and send out stories that are hatched in the echo chamber they occupy together. It is not surprising that their stories are all similar and unoriginal. For actual reporting, we have to rely on bloggers. And, as we've noted earlier, Michael Yon is one of the best. Having been embedded with the "Deuce-Four," he left Iraq when the unit's tour ended. Read his departing entries.
