I didn’t realize there was going to be a delay with my first post.

These cartoons are very offensive to muslims. I'm not just talking about extremist muslims but average everyday muslims. Even a non practicing muslim such as myself is offended by these cartoons. Keep in mind that over the past 2+ yrs no American news paper has published images of dead American soilders as respect for American feelings and emotions in that matter. I would hope people understand that these Images cause angst for almost all muslims and for that reason alone would not publish them.

The only people who are really hurt by the boycot are the arabs themselves. Why? Because they can't find substitute products so they end up paying for it themselves. It is like the boycot after the liberation of Iraq... a few McDonald's were burned down in Saudi Arabia but that allæ ended once the morons figured out that the restureants were owned by Saudi's and not Americans. The world would be a much better place if we all just accepted that there are no good arabs and no good muslims so just ignore them and their inferior people will eventually starve to death due to the fact that they reproduce like rabbits but are too dumb to feed themselves.

I can understand that the cartoons are offensive to Muslims. I totally disagree with the way most Muslims have responded to them. I hope you don’t think that the Muslims have been the only religious/faith group that has been offended by the media, governments or religious groups. As I stated above, I’m a Christian and believe the Bible (new & old testaments) is the completed word of God. A well known section contains the Ten Commandments’. One of the commandments’ is “Ex 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image,” (in reference to worshipping) well unless you have been living under a rock you know that there are statues and drawings even in many Churches that break this commandment. These images offend me and most all conservative “Christian” believers, but you don’t see us running around in organized groups rioting, burning down buildings, or killing. So from what I know and see from what happened because of these cartoons was just an excuse to do what is truly in there hearts; Riot & Kill.
To answer the fact that we haven’t published photos of fallen US solders.

I am vietnamese, I am living in Danmark, I would like to tell the muslims in different countries that the most of danish muslims do take easy about the Mohammed cartoons, They are danish citizens and they are busy work to get money, to buy house, car, to help their children to get a good education here in danmark. when they have time they enyoy live together with their friends, They do not have time to go to demontration as many muslims in Indonisia, pakistan, Libanon….. The most important thing for moslems here in danmark is to have a peaceful live. Danmark is their country now. They love danmark. The majority of muslims in danmark take distance from burning danish flag and danish embassy and boycotting danish goods.
