Sore Losers at CNN Should Have Tried the Saddam Treatment

After Fox scooped other news outlets for the exclusive interview with Vice President Cheney (maybe the administration just wanted the top-rated news network with the biggest audience?), CNN was all sour grapes. Maybe if CNN promised softball treatment for access the way it collaborated with Saddam Hussein on censorship of unflattering stories, it would have landed the interview.

You have to admit, it was a pretty gutless manouver on Cheney's part. Appearing on Fox is not at all like talking with real journalists.

Why would Vice-President Cheney go to CNN, the lowest rated network on cable. He was looking to get the information out to all Americans so naturally he went to FOX News.

Now if his target audience was moonbatSoreLosermanKozKerryites he would have gone to ABCCBSNBCCNNMSNBCWaPoNYTimesLAfishwrap media.

Plus, didn't CNN admit they collaborated and covered-up Saddam and his sons Murder, Rape, Torture, Terrorist training regime so they could keep Peter Arnett and Christy Amanpour in Iraq to lick Saddams boots.

I hardly see what CNN's past actions have to do with this particular issue.

He should have held a formal news conference and answered questions from all comers. That's what a responsible public figure would have done.

I mean, he's got a lot to answer for, doesn't he? He's the guy that sicked Libby on Joe Wilson's wife, for example. He's the guy that bungled the War.

I'm not sure one press conference could have covered it all.

But no. He answers a few puffball questions and go back into hiding. Cowardly, as I say.

for example.

The whole incident was blown out of proportion. It was an accident. The left needs to let it go.
