Bayh Pushes For Democrats To Put Forth Another Agenda.

Democrats have announced what they call an "agenda" or "strategy" for victory this November twice in the recent months... most recently a few days ago, and previously late last month...

So why is it today that Senator Evan Bayh is "challenging" Democrats to set forth another agenda? How many agendas do the Democrats need? I don't know if Bayh offered this challenge because he was unaware of these previously announced agendas/strategies, or like most of us, understand that they are not agendas or strategies at all... It seems to me that Democrats don't know what they want (except to win elections) and despite this indecision and lack of leadership they want power anyways.

The Democrats certainly would like 2006 to be their own version of the 1994 Republican takeover of Congress, but the reality is they have nothing to offer, and they keep hiding this fact with putting out another document that bashes the war in Iraq, bashes Bush, and says they have a better way, and put a clever sounding slogan on it.

All these efforts are meant not to inform the voters of the Democrats agenda, but rather to hide the fact they have no agenda -- except to get you to vote for them without knowing the reason why.

Because when the Republicans came in in 1994 they didn't bash Democrats or make any empty promises, like term limits. ::)
