Court Rules DeLay Stay On The Ballot

Despite the fact that former Rep. DeLay has established residency in Virginia, a U.S. Appeals Court rejected his request to be taken off the ballot for this years elections.

Will this mean DeLay will end up running for reelection instead?

If they won't drop his name from the ballot, Tom seems to have promised on the Hannitty show a couple of weeks ago that he would move back to Texas and run. What are his chances against Lampson??
