Leftwing Ingrates

This is just the way the left is, from Novak (second item):

The environmentalist lobby endorsed Sen. Joseph Lieberman against Ned Lamont and then abandoned him in his unsuccessful Connecticut Democratic primary election.

Giving Lieberman an all-time environmentalist voting record of 86 percent, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) designated him this year as an "environmental champion." That won him endorsement for re-election from both the LCV and Defenders of Wildlife, but neither organization contributed television ads or get-out-the-vote efforts.

Spokesmen for the environmentalist groups explained that they had other political commitments in 2006. However, sources said environmentalists so oppose Lieberman's support of President Bush's Iraq policy that they would not countenance their organizations assisting his campaign.

No honor, no loyalty - this is what you get from people who think of God as a dispenser of spiritual happy pills, if they think He exists at all. A lifetime's work for the left will go up in smoke if you just once stray from the leftwing Party line.

Shameful.

I agree, well said. Its just like the feminist organizations and Bill Clinton. The are hypocrites utterly bereft of ideological sincerity, except when it comes to hatred of Republicans.

Are the left wing groups and their media allies truly the echo chamber of hate.

"this is what you get from people who think of God as a dispenser of spiritual happy pills"

Could you explain what that means? I would add a snippy, sarcastic comment, but I'm really just curious, and really very tired. What does that mean?

At least the Dems have the courage to dump someone that is not preforming.

We Reps have politicians that are doing nothing, and we can't get rid of them and bring in someone what will do the job.

Example: Tom DeLay. He is indicted for serious crimes and is STILL on the ticket in November!

Hey ClearwaterfakeConservative, it's not us who can't dump Delay--it's the courts that won't allow his name to be dropped from the ballot. If yo're having trouble understanding this, do some research. Noone needs to explain this to you. War

With the "Reverends" by their sides, the dems can't lose, eh....hahahaha!! And we all know what a busy social calendar the tree-huggers have...didn't have time for a shower maybe??

Clearwater,

Quit your charade posing as a Conservative. It's not that we on the right must agree 100% of the time (unlike our friends on the left) but jeez man you are singing so transparently from their song sheet it is an insult to our intelligence. Delay staying on the ticket? Do you ever watch or read the news? Get a friggin clue you arse and quit besmirching our good name with your moronic posts.

It's called "Mobying." Go to Wikipedia, search for "Moby" scroll or click down to "Political Quotes," and this is the last of four in that section:

(On convincing people not to vote for George W. Bush in 2004) "For example, you can go on all the pro-life chat rooms and say you're an outraged right-wing voter and that you know that George Bush drove an ex-girlfriend to an abortion clinic and paid for her to get an abortion. Then you go to an anti-immigration website chat room and ask, 'What's all this about George Bush proposing amnesty for illegal aliens?'"

You'd think since it didn't work in 2004 it would have been dropped from the playbook. But these guys only embrace things that don't work. It's why they're leftists.
