Prepare For The Worst, Taxpayers

I have to say, the news that John Karr, the man who has confessed to killing JonBenet Ramsey, was preparing to have a sex change is disturbing for a number of reasons... If this man is tried and found guilty of murder, his desires for a sex change could result in taxpayers footing the bill.
