Jimmy Jihad

Jimmy Carter was once known as a better former President than a President due to his good works. But as disastrous as his presidency was (allowing the jihdad movement its most important victory by deposing the Shah of Iran, presiding over punishing stagflation, positioning America as weak and pliant in the Cold War, etc.), Carter's recent actions make him an even worse former President.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center is calling for people to protest Carter's pro-Palestinian Arab terrorist stance in his book. The moral equivalence of Carter and his ilk do nothing but encourage the worst elements of Islamism to continue their violent ways.

UPDATE:

A longtime aide to Jimmy Carter has resigned from the Carter Center think tank, calling the former president's new book on Israel and the Arabs one-sided and filled with errors.

Kenneth Stein, the Carter Center's first executive director and founder of its Middle East program, sent a letter that bluntly criticized the book to Carter and others.
