This morning on my way to work, I started to wonder "Where's Joe Lieberman been hiding?" As his party moves further towards advocating surrender in Iraq, why hasn't he flexed his muscles at all? Michael Illions ponders Joe's actions as well.
With the Senate to vote today on the war funding bill which includes language for troop withdrawal, will the outcome of this vote be the genesis to cause Joe Lieberman to bolt the Democrat party and throw his support to the Republicans, thereby changing the leadership of the Senate ?I too, join him in urging Joe Lieberman to "look into his heart and soul and help change the course of the Senate."Think about it. Joe Lieberman, who is against a troop withdrawal timetable, has said on many occasions that he would be monitoring his democrat colleagues and what they say and what legislation is proposed where the Iraq is concerned.
There's more from Lorie Byrd.
With Senate Majority leader Harry Reid declaring the war is lost and with a vote today, that if passed, calls for a troop withdrawal starting on October 1st; what more proof does Senator Lieberman need that the Democrat party and he do not share the same definition of victory and winning a war.
Let's be proactive about this... Contact Lieberman's office and urge him to ditch the Defeaticrats and join the Republicans for Victory.
We surrender. That's all that the Senate and Congress said by passing this bill. Oh - and Americans can rest assured that their peanuts will be properly stored in the future.
I can't wait until the next congress...

Let me get this straight... the GOP lost Iraq and both houses of Congress, but the best childish taunt you can come up with is "Defeaticrats"?!? I guess a counter would be Repudiatedicans, but I'd just settle for losers.

Funny how Harry thought we could win back when he was getting his spinach storage towers
