A Day to Honor America's Veterans
by Jon Roth at 11:03 AM

NBC won't be having a special week dedicated to Veterans' Day and Hollywood doesn't seem to be especially concerned with portraying America in a positive light. But while much of America's cultural elites have disdain for America's military, if they even think of our servicemen and women at all, I believe that most Americans have profound respect and admiration for the sacrifices, professionalism and accomplishments of our warriors. So, today, if you can fit it in between catching the latest news about Britney Spears or NFL Week 10, take a moment to think about the veterans of the United States Armed Forces. God bless them all.

I have nothing but respect and admiration of all military personel that has served, past or presesnt. I am thankful for all of those who have sacrificed for our freedom which is unfortunately taken for granted. Veterens shoulded be honored for their heroism. I take the time to think about what they have endured and how it might have altered their lives.
